TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What we sell
M4network sells digital ranks and perks for use exclusively on the play.m4network.org Minecraft server. All purchases are one-time payments delivered automatically to the Minecraft account whose username is entered at checkout.
2. Delivery
Ranks are applied to your Minecraft account automatically within seconds of a confirmed payment. You may need to reconnect to the server to see your rank. If your rank is not applied, the order confirmation page keeps retrying — or contact us on Discord quoting your order id.
3. Correct username
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username. We validate usernames against Mojang's public API at checkout, but we cannot recover ranks delivered to the wrong account entered by you.
4. Upgrades
When you already own a rank, upgrading to the next rank charges only the price difference. Upgrades apply only to the immediately next rank; skipping ranks is charged at full price. Purchasing a rank you already own (or a lower one) is blocked.
5. Conduct
Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from the server rules. Accounts banned for rule violations are not entitled to refunds.
6. No affiliation
M4network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
