REFUND POLICY

Digital goods

Ranks are digital goods delivered automatically at the moment of purchase. Because delivery is instant and the goods cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the rank has been applied to your account.

When we refund

We will fully refund a purchase when:

• You were charged and the rank was never delivered to your account (delivery failure on our side).
• You were charged twice for the same rank on the same account.
• The purchase was made without your authorization (fraud).

When we don't refund

• Change of mind after the rank was delivered.
• Ranks delivered to the wrong username entered by you.
• Account bans or mutes resulting from breaking server rules.

How to request

Open a ticket on our Discord with your order id (shown on your confirmation page) within 14 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are returned via PayPal to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a PayPal dispute — it is faster for everyone. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks are suspended from the server until the dispute is closed.
